R.A NO. 5921 (THE PHARMACY LAW)
-act regulating the practice of pharmacy and setting standards of pharmaceutical education in the Philippines and for other purposes.

The examination for registration of school pharmacy in the Philippines 3. The supervision, control and regulation of the practice of pharmacy in the Philippines. CANDIDATE FOR BOARD EXAMINATION

1. A CITIZEN OF THE PHILIPPINES.
2. GOOD MORAL CHARACTER.
3. COMPLETED INTERNSHIP OF ATLEAST 960 HOURS.
NO PERSON SHALL ENGAGE IN THE PRACTICE PF PHARMACY UNLESS :
1. AT LEAST 21 YEARS OF AGE.
2. SATISFACTORILY PASSED THE CORRESPONDING EXAMINATION GIVEN BY THE BOARD OF PHARMACY. 3. A HOLDER OF A VALID CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION DULY ISSUED BY THE SAID BOARD.

R.A NO. 3720 (THE FOODS, DRUGS, DEVICES AND COSMETICS ACT)
-act to ensure the safety and purity of foods and cosmetics, and the purity, safety, efficacy and quality of drugs and devices.

R.A NO. 6675 (GENERICS LAW OF 1988)

R.A NO. 8203 (SPECIAL LAW ON COUNTERFEIT DRUGS)
-act prohibiting counterfeit drugs, providing penalties for violations and appropriating funds.
-Bureau of Foods and Drugs of the Department of Health authorized to administer and supervise the implementation.

R.A 9165 (THE COMPREHENSIVE DANGEOUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002)
