Al Qaeda the global militant Islamist organization founded by Osama Bin Laden, has attacked civilian and military targets in various countries including the September 11 attack. Al Qaeda has two major strategic objectives which are to get control of a nation‐state and to get the control of weapons of mass destruction.
Al Qaeda or Al Qaida is an Islamic jihadist organization which calls itself as an Islamic resistance movement around the world, while it is always marked as a network international terrorist. Its founder, leader and largest contributor is Osama Bin Laden, a billionaire construction of oil and Saudi origin, who was educated in the best universities in the U.K and collaborate with the C.I.A. Bin Laden directed the financial operation in a computer archivist called al Qaeda (literally base “data”). Since then many members of the mujahideen extremist went association with Al Qaeda network.
In December 1978 Prince Turki Al Faycoal, director of the Saudi secret service, recruited to Bin Laden for financial trading operations the CIA in Afghanistan. The CIA invested two billion dollars to achieve the fall of the Soviet Union which at that time was waging a war in the central Asia country. The Saudi and U.S services joined Islamic fundamentalist armed them and choose them in a jihad to fight the soviets. The actions of these extremist fighters were directed against certain governments in such diverse regions as Afghanistan. (Against the occupation of the U.S.S.R) There is an ample document evidence on the indirect support of the U.S administration and the CIA to the Afghanistan struggle against the soviet invasion that was consistent with their interest during the cold war, but there is no evidence to support allegations that the group led by Osama Bin Laden and Ayma Al‐Zawahiri was financed and trained by the CIA or the U.S government according to the U.S supported the afghan soldiers in his defense against the soviet invasion and those who would join after the group has joined the figth and took adventage of U.S support. The supposed goal of Al Qaeda is to bring all Muslims under one government strictly governed under Islamic law and establish a new world order. For them those governments that do not conform to this policy must be demised, since its inception Al Qaeda has considered the west and its way of life as the main enemy of Islam and called on all Muslims to engaged in jahad understood as holy war, especially against the treading countries of the west mainly U.S, U.K and Israel. Its believed that the activities of al Qaeda extend for 40 or 50 countries in Europe, North America, Middle East and Asia.in western Europe they have found or are suspected buildings in London Hamburg, Milan and Madrid. These are important centers of recruitment fundraising and operations planning. For job training the group prefers lawless zones where it can operate freely and in secret, Yomalia, Yemen, and chechnja and mountainous areas of Afghanistan would be among the places that serve it for that purpose.
